One consideration that experience has taught us is how your project may impact on the neighbours! You may not care or you may just not have thought about it
We will only be with you for a few month but you and they will be there long after we are gone. How ever professional and experienced you are, having building work done is messy, noise and can begin to get on peoples nerves; it may well get on yours but at least you are going to benefit from it and it was your chose.
We can’t keep everyone happy all the time but all our staff and contractors do their best to keep the neighbours sweet. Let face it, they won’t use us when they want to get their own back if we don’t!
The whole project will be set up and scheduled with you and the contractors before we even make a whole in the ground. There will be some things we can’t control - weather, sickness and accidents do happen so we will constantly monitor progress at least a week ahead. To ensure the material required are on site before they are needed and that if a problem arises with a contractor due on site or something is getting behind schedule the appropriate action can be taken to resolve any problem. One of our customers remarked that we treat problems as challenges - somehow makes it sound easier to deal with.
All work carried out will be coordinated with the Building Control Inspector at all necessary stages; so that an approval Certificate will be issued prior to us taking any final payments.
